I read today that Anthony Weiner, the Democrat New York mayoral candidate, apparently had a premature ejaculation problem.
According to The Dirty’s Nik Richie, the guy who broke the sexting scandal last week, an anonymous woman told him that Weiner would ejaculate within 30 seconds during their phone sex conversations.
Now here’s the interesting part. Apparently this woman was left thinking “what about me?” and felt used after the sessions ended so quickly.
This is very important because she’s not the only partner of a premature ejaculator to think like this. You can’t blame women for their natural reactions.
Maybe you can relate to this yourself. Maybe you feel like a failure in bed? Maybe your partner feels not just dissatisfied but also used and abused.
You don’t have to incredible oral skills to satisfy your partner. More than anything, you need to be there for a good duration. Simply being the man in bed is enough for most women. If you shoot too early, you can’t be that man.

These days there is a wide choice of different premature ejaculation programs out there. In this post, I want to tell you about the three best ones out there. Take your pick. Disclosure: please note that the author of the third program also wrote this article.
Ejaculation Trainer has been around for many years now and has amassed a long list of satisfied customers. If you didn’t know better, you might think that it is the best program out there. However, if you look deeper you’ll see that, while good, it does have some serious misgivings.
The first part of the book is dedicated to theory and a discussion on how dopamine affects premature ejaculation. Already you’re around a quarter of the way through the book and all you’ve read is theory, though the author stresses the importance of understanding it, which is fair enough as doing exercises without knowing the underlying concepts is futile.
The next part of the book talks about controlling arousal. I totally agree with the author as he explains how to be more sensual and to defocus from your own inner feelings of arousal, chiefly through relaxation techniques. He’s trying to lead men to the bigger picture of sex that so many don’t see these days because they are so obsessed with their own arousal, often something that has happened due to overuse of pornography.
Next, the author plugs his own supplement as a method of mind control. I find this a little crass but he does carry on with other methods such as meditation.
Passing the halfway point of the book now, the rest of it is dedicated to more practical and useful tactics such as breathing techniques and kegels (he shows a very good understanding of this). After this are a couple of masturbatory techniques designed to make you last longer. Finally, he explains how to make women orgasm more quickly. This won’t help the man last longer, of course, but bringing her time till orgasm down and closer to the man’s is beneficial all round.
Overall, Ejaculation Trainer is a solid all-round guide. It contains some interesting concepts that you won’t read anywhere else. There are some exercises to follow. Personally, I don’t think they are groundbreaking but they definitely will benefit men. This is not an “all-conquering” guide but is still a good purchase.
The book also comes with a large number of bonus publications. I won’t go into them here as I’m reviewing only the main product.

Ejaculation Guru is a newer guide. It came out around 2009 and has become one of the main challengers to Ejaculation Trainer. At around one hundred pages, it’s roughly the same length as the other guide too.
The first fifth of the book is dedicated to preparing yourself for the rest of the book including the setting of appropriate goals.
Next come the techniques. The author makes a distinction between the mental and physical approach to ending premature ejaculation. A good section of the book is dedicated to NLP techniques which is an interesting approach and one which I believe would work well for guys with premature ejaculation. Later there is a technique on arousal which will help a man to recognize better his arousal. However, it sounds a lot like the stop and start method to me and I personally think there are better methods elsewhere in the book.
I like the author’s suggestions for masturbation techniques. Without spoiling them, I do believe he is taking the right approach in helping men to correct their current masturbatory techniques which are actually promoting their premature ejaculation problem.
There then follows some techniques on breathing control and kegels, much like in Ejaculation Trainer. However, they are better explained in this book, in my view.
Next he talks about positions and which ones are better than others, and with a view to reducing stimulation. It’s a worthy thing to add to a book, though personally I’m not a huge fan of positions as it’s really more of an avoidance strategy.
There is some great information here how to arouse your partner and, in my view, it goes much further than was explained in Ejaculation Trainer.
Again, there are a number of bonus publications that comes with this book that you can find out more about yourself.
Overall this book is a better buy than the other one. However, either would make good investments if you want to gain real time in the bedroom.

I have the utmost respect for the authors of the preceding two publications. Naturally, I’m going to tell you that mine, Ejaculation Transformation, is the best. You might well expect that. Frankly, you’ll do well with any of these programs but allow me to at least explain how mine differs from the others.
Ejaculation Tranformation is unique in that it is an online video course. With 16 chapters spread over around three hours of one-to-one video, I produced this program after the success of my YouTube channels because I knew this is what guys wanted.
You see, I have several YouTube channels and a lot of guys have told me how helpful my videos were. All I did was talk in front of the camera from the heart and from my own personal experience and guys responded well to this.

I make no bones about it: the reason my program is called Ejaculation Transformation is because it helps you, via exercises that recondition body and mind, to transform yourself from a nervous, frustrated, disappointed person in the bedroom into a confident, longer lasting marathon man of the bedroom, unafraid to take the lead.
All of these programs are unique, as is mine. Not just in the delivery method (video plus ebook) but also in the content. In an ideal world, you should just buy all three but that is obviously not going to happen.
All I can say is that my program is the result of years of experience helping myself and others to overcome premature ejaculation. I truly believe it can and will help you overcome premature ejaculation. Mine does not come with the myriad of bonuses that the others do but, in my view, you want a premature ejaculation cure and you don’t really care about whether the bonuses are any good so long as the main program does what you want it to do.

You may well be asking yourself the question, why do I have premature ejaculation?
This is perfectly valid. Why do you have it and others do not?
The answer lies in what I call “sensitivity”. Some have a high sensitivity and some have a low one. I am not only talking about in the bedroom. I am talking about all walks of life.
Have you ever met people, even friends, who when you put an arm around them they will flinch suddenly. These people have extremely high sensitivity.
Then think about stressful situations like at work, for example. The boss may say something that you regard as stressful. It upsets your current state. You were happy and now you are under stress. And yet your co-worker sitting beside you is fine. He is not stressed and he never seems to be stressed.
This also translates into the bedroom. Two different people can feel the same sensations. It could be the start of oral sex or the first few strokes of penetration. And yet some guys will feel fine, as if sex has barely started. And yet others will feel like they are already close to ejaculation.
Those who ejaculate quickly tend to tense up to any stimulation whereas those who can last a while do not. They appear to be more relaxed.
As you can see, different people have different sensitivities. Some people tense up (in body and in mind) while others are always relaxed.
Why is this?

I found these conclusions very interesting. Basically, they have found a different serotonin-controlling gene in men with premature ejaculation compared to those who do not have it.
This makes a lot of sense. Over the years I have been teaching guys to cure premature ejaculation, I have always said that some guys are naturally more reactive or sensitive than others.
But here’s where I stop agreeing. These doctors are looking to develop a drug or a form of gene therapy that will “correct” this. That’s great, and I wish them every success. But given how antidepressants have been developed over the last few decades, I don’t hold out much hope.
I have advised many guys to overcome their natural fast reflexes. It is possible to do this without drugs, totally naturally in two ways:
The first is to start living more in the present. Naturally reflexive people tend to have a lot of anxiety. You can get rid of worries and other negative emotions by learning to live in the present.

Secondly, you can also train yourself to stop looking too much inwards, focusing on your sensations as you do, and to better appreciate the broader reality of what sex is: a shared experience, mutual giving and receipt with your partner, a spiritual intertwining – and not just a sensation on your penis like masturbation.

In conclusion, you’re asking the wrong question. You shouldn’t be asking anymore, why do I have premature ejaculation. I’ve half answered that for you and nobody knows the full picture for sure anyway.
What you should be asking yourself is, how can I overcome premature ejaculation? Follow the two starting points above and you’ll be well on your way to finding out.

Like humans, gorillas and all other animals follow a very specific social structure. Though we are both primates, gorillas have quite a different structure to our own.
Typically, a pack of gorillas will have only one adult male, the silverback. He will have access to sex with many different females. Human relations are not quite the same but there are some similarities.
The silverback is an amazing beast to admire. He will protect the pack at all costs against attackers. He’ll do this on instinct alone.
In the modern age, our human lives are very complex, almost abstract, compared to what they used to be. These days, society seems to produce more and more “betas”, men who are confused by the influences of feminism, the media and liberalism. The result is a lot of men who are really the male equivalent of females: highly emotional and sensitive beings.
Despite feminists saying they want this, nearly all women still want the same thing and cannot deny their instincts: they want a man who takes charge, who takes responsibility, is decisive and who takes the lead. They want the equivalent of the silverback.
I made this mistake myself when I was younger. I was too indecisive and in the bedroom I would usually let the woman lead. I supplicated to her and put her on a pedestal. I sought approval from her. This was totally the wrong attitude to have and it led to many a lost relationship.
I thought I was giving her exactly what she wanted but the truth is that she wanted me to be dominant. She wanted me to be like the silverback.
So now you know why the site logo is the silverback. If you want to overcome premature ejaculation then it is absolutely key for you to stop supplicating to and seeking approval from women. Sure, you want to be a better man in the bedroom for her but there are two ways to go about it.
The first is to submit to her every need. If you supplicate like this, she will lose all respect for you. The better option is to consider what you need to do to transform yourself and become a real man. Start working out, develop new interests outside of work or school. Force yourself to be social at least twice a week (and that need not involve drinking).
All of these things will increase your perceived “value” as a man in the eyes of women. If you address your own needs first, you will feel more like a man and your woman will respect you more. You will feel more self-respect for yourself. And when all of this has occurred, you will go into the bedroom feeling like “the man”, highly confident, without a shred of the possibility of PE occurring. You’ll be able to last much longer than before.
Tips and tricks and techniques are one thing, but a total transformation in mindset is needed for most guys to overcome their PE problem. Part of this reconditioning is learning how to become a man. It’s not the only part, but it’s a key part.
