Most of us have heard of the Kama Sutra, the ancient Indian tantric sex guide. But how many of us have actually tried anything in it, beyond the bizarre positions that don’t look like much fun?
There is a technique in there known as the “staggered rhythm technique” and it can be used to not only make yourself last longer but to also help bring your woman to an orgasm.
How To Do It
The idea is that you gradually change from fast to slow strokes.
Think of your penetrations in groups of 9.
Start with 9 fast strokes.
Then do 9 fast strokes and 1 slow stroke.
Then do 8 fast strokes and 2 slow strokes.
Keep doing this until you are doing 9 slow strokes.
Important: do NOT count your strokes so that your partner knows what you are doing – she won’t be able to orgasm if she works it out!
By the way, although it is claimed that women can easily orgasm this way, I recommend that you or she stimulates her clitoris because most women will still need this. But the unpredictability of your strokes and going deeper and slower and longer will drive her crazy.
Best of all, it will keep you going for ages. Now compare this technique to simply pumping away quickly the entire time – for many guys that will quickly bring them to ejaculation but not with this technique.
If you do this right then eventually you will not ejaculate by the time you reach the final round. A good variation is to do it in reverse and go from mainly long, slow strokes to mainly quick strokes. When you get back to 9 quick strokes, you can then do another u-turn and slowly go back to 9 slow strokes.
I really think that these kinds of oscillations back and forth also help to keep your own body confused and not exhibiting the “fight or flight” reaction that would otherwise give you a premature ejaculation.
Try it with your partner next time you are in bed and let me know how it went, leave a comment below. Thanks!
